Can I watch the broadcast online?

You can watch up to 5 messages online at any time if you are logged in to your account. If you are a Champion of Hope Partner, you can watch our full archive of videos at any time.

Do you broadcast in my area?

Our broadcast is available worldwide. We have a listing available on the broadcast section of the our site where you will be able to find where we broadcast in your area.

Can I get a transcript of one of the broadcasts?

Unfortunately, we do not have transcripts available at this time.

I tried to subscribe to your podcast. However it directs me to the iTunes store, and I do not use iTunes. Is there anyway to access the .xml file for your podcast without going through iTunes?

We do make our XML podcast feeds available. Once logged in to your account you can visit our podcast page to receive the XML RSS feeds.

The video I was viewing on the website stopped playing before it was completely finished.

The audio and video streams usually take a few minutes to completely finish loading or "buffer." If the video never seems to play completely or smoothly, please check your internet connection's speed. Though our video streams will work on slower connections given the time, a high-speed internet connection is recommended.

None of these responses have correctly answered my question or solved my problem.

How can I volunteer at an event?

Volunteers for our events are pulled from partner churches in the area we are coming to. If you would like to know what churches are connected with us through partnership in your area, visit our Find a Church page for more information.

How long does the event last?

A Night of Hope events last for 2 to 2 1/2 hours and are filled with praise and worship music, encouragment from Victoria Osteen, special guests and an inspiring message from Joel Osteen. There is no intermission.

Do you have childcare at your events?

We do not have childcare available at our Night of Hope events at this time.

Will there be special seating reserved with wheelchair access or the hearing impaired and their families/friends?

All of our Night of Hope events are ADA compliant. When you purchase your tickets for the event online or at the venue box office, be sure to purchase the appropriate ticket for your needs.

How can I be assured that I am buying a valid ticket to a Night of Hope events?

Joel Osteen Ministries and the venue's authorized ticketing company, do everything possible to make the purchase process fair, efficient, and user friendly. The efficiencies of these authorized systems enable tickets to be sold very quickly, especially for tickets in high demand.

Please understand that preferential treatment is not extended to any group of consumers when tickets are placed on sale to the general public..

Unfortunately, we have little control over patron conduct after their purchase request in fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to block access to or cancel a ticket order of any user:

  1. utilizing automated means to process or place ticket orders fraudulently or
  2. whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit.

While some states have laws that deal with scalping, those laws are rarely enforced. We take reports of misconduct of users, third party advertisers, service providers or product providers seriously, and those reports and feedback are immediately directed to the group(s) responsible to investigate and take appropriate action.

On some occasions, the tickets you see posted on unauthorized resale sites do not actually exist, and the seller has posted the ad in hopes of securing a buyer and being able to secure tickets located in the section advertised. Quite often, the tickets do not materialize and the defrauded buyer ends up receiving invalid tickets or tickets located much farther from the stage than what was originally offered in the sellers ad. Most resellers operate multiple websites and / or post the same tickets on different resale sites all across the country. Purchasing event tickets and / or participating in the process of purchasing through resellers exposes a buyer to great risk of being defrauded.

For your protections we encourage you to purchase tickets only from the venue Box Office and / or the authorized ticketing company. That is the only way a consumer can be assured that they are buying an authentic, valid ticket. In addition, we strongly discourage people from purchasing tickets for more than the $15 face value.


Can I send in a check instead of using a credit card?

To order by check you can either call one of our ministry representatives at 1-888-567-JOEL, or feel free to order any resources via mail. Simply list the items you would like to purchase and include as much description of the product as possible (i.e.: hardback book of Every Day a Friday by Joel Osteen) and send it in along with a check including the shipping and handling. How can I find out my Order Status?

Sign in to your account and visit your account info section. You can look up order history and status there, or call 1-800-278-0520 and our ministry support team will be happy to help you determine your order status.

Can I make a change to my Internet order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Internet orders once they are submitted.

Can I cancel the Internet order I just placed?

Internet orders are usually processed the same business day depending on the time the order was placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. Please call 1-800-278-0520 to cancel the order.

Why do I have to enter a password at the end of my order?

The password at the end of your order is used when checking your Account History in the online store. You will be prompted to enter your email address and the optional password in order to view your past orders.

I checked my Order History, but some of my orders are missing.

There could be a few reasons why the orders are not appearing. Usually, it is because the missing orders were made with either a different email address and password or your order was not placed online.

Can I receive a bulk discount?

Due to the array of resources we carry, we are unable to offer bulk discounts across the board. However, we do consider bulk discounts upon request. If you would like us to consider a bulk discount, please call 1-800-278-0520 and speak to one of our ministry support team members.

I just received my package, but it is either missing something or it isn't what I ordered.

Check the packing slip that came with your package to make sure the information is correct and that nothing is on backorder. If something is missing or a product came that wasn't ordered, please call 1-800-278-0520, and we will look into the problem.

The resource that I ordered is damaged or defective.

How can I make a donation to the ministry?

Donations to the ministry may be made online, by mail, or by calling 1-888-567-JOEL. Only credit card donations can be taken online or over the phone.

Do you issue monthly and/or year-end receipts?

Yes. Year-end receipts are mailed in January, and daily receipts are sent as orders are processed.

I can't find my year-end receipt? How do I get another one?

What is your policy concerning copying and distributing Joel Osteen Ministries materials?

Unfortunately, due to intricate legalities concerning copyright licensing, we are unable to grant permission to copy and distribute our products. This includes cassettes, CDs, MP3s, DVDs, MP4s, videos, and booklets.

Many of Joel Osteen's books are from various publishers. These publishers hold the duplication rights to the books and must be contacted for copy permission.
