Declaring that Jesus is Lord over the U.K. and Europe!
Last Friday, Victoria and I, along with our ministry team, were so honored to take the "Night of Hope" event to the beautiful O2 arena in London as part of the Hillsong annual conference.
On the day of the event, we had the privilege of meeting and encouraging over 40 pastors and their wives from all over Europe who will become part of our global Champions Network of Pastors. What an amazing group of ministers dedicated to sharing the message of hope in Jesus Christ.
Friday night, we arrived to a sold-out arena! The crowd was so excited and full of enthusiasm, cheering and even doing the wave! Worship was electrifying as our music team, led by Cindy Ratcliff and Steve Crawford, was joined by musicians from Hillsong Church. You could physically feel the presence of Almighty God as thousands joined together to praise Him.
One of our goals as we do these events is to unite with pastors and help the people who attend get connected with local ministries. We have a portion of the service we call "God of the City" where these local pastors come and pray for families, schools, government, police, fire workers, etc. In London, we had about seven pastors join us to publically declare that Jesus is Lord over the U.K. and Europe!
The most amazing part of the night was toward the end when nearly 75% of the crowd stood to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior or rededicate their lives to Him.
We are truly overwhelmed by what God did in the lives of so many during our short time there. We want to thank you for your love and support of this ministry which enables us to reach so many. Please know that God sees you as a part of every life that is forever changed. Together we are making an eternal difference all over the world.
