Haiti Update
Victoria and I want to thank all of you who have generously donated to help the people of Haiti. Together we are making a difference.
As I mentioned Thursday, we are working with Samaritan's Purse and Dr. Todd Price, a medical missionary and member of Lakewood Church, to distribute food and supplies to the people. Also, my brother, Dr. Paul, is headed over there to work in a small hospital near the devastation. In a time when very few people are being permitted into the county, we know it is God's favor that has opened the door for him to go. Please keep him and all the volunteers in your prayers as they work to help restore precious lives.
Prayer for Haiti: Father God, we come to You in Jesus' name. We lift up the people of Haiti and all the volunteer workers and missionaries in that country. We pray for Your peace, protection, and provision. We ask that You give wisdom to the leaders to organize the recovery efforts. We pray for a spirit of unity and for a fresh vision for the future. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
