Exodus 7:3, NLT
But I will make Pharaoh's heart stubborn so I can multiply my miraculous signs and wonders in the land of Egypt.
Today's Word
When God told Moses to go and tell Pharaoh to set the Israelites free from slavery, He knew Pharaoh would say no, so He hardened his heart even more so that He could show out His power to the people of Israel and Egypt. Moses had to face Pharaoh's ridicule and anger again and again when it seemed he'd never change his mind. Moses had to be brave, to keep declaring God's Word, and to outlast Pharaoh's stubbornness.
Are you stressed out because a situation is not turning around? You're praying and believing, but nothing is improving. You have to outlast it. You can't make it work out; you have to trust God's timing. He's not letting it work out yet because He's going to use that situation to catapult you to a new level. You need to be more stubborn in your faith than the stubborn things that are trying to hold you back. What He promised you is still on the way. Now do your part and keep standing.

Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that You only ask me to take my stand and be more stubborn in my trust that You will bring me safely through the difficult challenges that I face. Thank You that I can outlast the things that try to hold me back. I will trust Your timing to take me to the next level. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
